The second Training Activity was held in Berlin, Germany, and the participants were introduced to the novel Design Thinking Methodology. This hands-on approach promotes learning by collaborating, identifying challenges, gathering information, and generating and testing potential solutions. The participants can now train their students on in the 4C’s (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity) that are important in modern education but also in the modern working spaces.
